Junior Eurovision: Portuguese song revealed – Listen to ‘Vem Comigo’

RTP has just premiered the song Joana Almeida will perform at the Junior Eurovision Contest. The 10-year old Portuguese entrant will sing ‘Vem Comigo’ (Come With Me), composed by João Pedro Coimbra.

Joana was selected to represent Portugal after her victory at 31st Gala dos Pequenos Cantores da Figueira da Foz on July 14. She will sing “Vem Comigo” (Come With Me), composed by João Pedro Coimbra, who was asked to write the Portuguese entry for this year’s Junior Eurovision. Just like the Serbian and Spanish songs, the composition talks about the environment and the need to raise awareness about the earth’s situation within the young population. Together, we can make a difference and revert this devastating trend.

What do you think about the Portuguese choice?
