Moldovan national broadcaster, Teleradio Moldova, have today announced the start of their search for a representative in this year’s Junior Eurovision Song Contest! With this they confirm participation in Kiev after many doubts.
Anyone interested in representing Moldova in Kyiv may register from today until 18 October. Each contestant will need to submit a song, up to 2:45 in length as per the rules of the competition, and should submit it to the broadcaster.

This is the fourth time that Moldova will be taking part in Junior Eurovision, having made their debut in 2010 in Minsk. The best Moldovan result was in 2011 when Lerika got 6th place with the song “No, no”.
This is the 10th country confirming participation until the date, more countries are expected to join the competition the next few days. Stay Tuned!
