According to the ESCxtra.com and the official Junior Eurovision twitter account, FYR Macedonia is the 9th country confirming participation for the upcoming edition to take place in Kiev.
FYR Macedonia debuted at the first Junior Eurovision ever and they have participated 9 times. They withdrew for a year in 2012 but they are back after EBU conversations to gather the minimum number of 12 countries in the competition.
The best Macedonian results were two 5th places in 2007 (Rosica & Dimitar – Ding, Ding, Dong) Â and 2008 (Bobi Andonov – Prati mi SMS).
More participating countries will be confirmed in the next few days together with the full list of countries.
