Israel’s HaKochav HaBa L’Eurovision has seen another show happen with a new artist selected for the final. Six contestants are still in the race to represent their country on home ground. Also, it has been announced that two wildcards will be given at a later stage.
The first round of today’s show ended with the following outcome:
- Maya Buskila (85%)
- Shefita (72%) — Saved to compete in upcoming shows
- Avraham de Carvalho (82%)
- Ofri Calfon (55%)
Then, a battle between Maya Buskila and Avraham de Carvalho decided who went through to the final:
- Avraham de Carvalho — 81 points
- Maya Buskila — 91 points
As a result, Ofri Calfon was eliminated and Maya Buskila will join Shalva Band in the final.
The next show will take place tomorrow at 20:00 CET, while the final will be on the 12th of February.
