10 acts competed to get one of the six spots available in the semi-finals of this year’s A Dal, the Hungarian national selection contest for the Eurovision Song Contest. After the combination of the votes from the jury panel and public vote, five made it through automatically to the next round. The remaining act was chosen afterwards during a second voting round where the televote had the ultimate say.
A DAL 2019 SECOND HEAT RESULTS
The five acts selected to proceed as a result of the first round of voting were:
- Fatal Error – “Kulcs“ (45 points)
- Acoustic Planet – “Nyári zápor“ (43 points)
- The Middletonz – “Roses“ (41 points)
- Bence Vavra – “Szótlanság“ (39 points)
- The Sign – “Ő“ (38 points)
The act put through by the public vote was:
- yesyes – “Incomplete “
A Dal 2019 will continue with three more heats before moving into the semi-final round. A winner will finally be crowned on February 23rd.
