The German national broadcaster, ARD, has revealed the date of the German national final, “Unser Lied für Liverpool”. The date is March 3rd 2023 at 22:20 CET on ARD.

The German national final, Unser Lied für Liverpool, will take place in the MMC Studios in the German city of Cologne. The presentation of the show will be in the hands of Barbara Schöneberger.
The participants
The number of participants in Unser Lied für Liverpool is unknown, but rumour has it that 9 entrants will compete. There will also be an unknown number of TikTok entrants in the national final.
Eurovision 2022
In the Eurovision Song Contest of 2022 Germany was represented by Malik Harris with the song “Rockstars”. Germany is one of the Big Five countries, thus this country does not have to participate in the Semi-finals. In the 2022 Grand Final Germany ended 25th, which meant this country came last.
