Georgia 2023: Entrant Iru Khechanovi states that her entry will be revealed in a couple of days

Georgian entrant, Iru Khechanovi, has stated on social media that her Eurovision entry will be revealed in a couple of days. An exact number of days is not disclosed.

Iru Khechanovi, this year’s Georgian entrant, has revealed on Facebook that her entry and music video are just mere days away from being released.

Iru Khechanovi is working together with Giga Kukhiadnidze who has written all three winning entries of Georgia in the Junior Eurovision Song Contest. The genre of Iru’s entry is still unknown.

Georgia’s Iru Khechanovi will perform in the second half of the second semi-final on May 11th 2023.

The Eurovision Song Contest 2023 will take place on May 9th, 11th, and 13th 2023 in Liverpool, United Kingdom. 37 countries will compete for the crown. This year’s Eurovision Song Contest will be a joint venture, since last year’s winner Ukraine cannot organize the contest on home soil because of the ongoing war with Russia.
