Eurovision 2023
In the Eurovision Song Contest of 2023 France was represented by La Zarra with the song “Évidemment”. France does not have to compete in the Semi-finals, because it is one of the Big Five countries, so in the 2023 Grand Final La Zarra came in 16th (of 26), which was a fairly disappointing placing for France, which was seen as one of the hot favourites to do well in the contest this year.
