Finland: First semi-final of UMK tonight

Today, Finland will kick of their national selection in order to find their candidate for Vienna!

The first semi-final out of three will take place tonight. The following songs will be competing at today’s show:

1. Hans on the Bass – Loveshine
2. Vilikasper Kanth – Äänen kantamattomiin
3. Norlan “El Misionario” – No voy a llorar por ti
4. Pertti Kurikan Nimipäivät – Aina mun pitää
5. Pihka ja Myrsky – Sydän ei nuku
6. Satin Circus – Crossroads

Only three songs will qualify for the grand final on February 28 and the qualifiers will be determined solely by public televote.

This year’s Finnish selection consists of three semifinals, with the second and the third ones taking place the 14th and the 21st of February, and a national final. A total of six participants will be featured in each semi-final and three of them will qualify for the final, meaning there will be a total of nine finalists.
