EBU announces ticket sales for Eurovision 2018

RTP has announced that the first wave of tickets for the Eurovision Song Contest 2018 will go on sale on 30th November at 11:00 CET.  The first sale will feature the Grand Final tickets that will be able to be purchased for the dress rehearsals and the live final.

The tickets will be priced between €35 and €299 at various levels and they will be available to purchase on the official ticketing partner for the Eurovision Song Contest 2018 BlueTicket.pt. Tickets for the remaining shows will be on sale in January after the Semi-final Allocation Draw, they will be released in several waves.

Carla Bugalho, Deputy Executive Producer of Eurovision 2018 said: “RTP is very pleased to announce the beginning of the ticket sale for the first Eurovision Song Contest hosted in Portugal. We will have 3 outstanding and distinctive shows and everyone that doesn’t get their tickets now, will have other opportunities very soon.”

1200 tickets have been previously booked for the members of the OGAE fan clubs, details of which will be revealed at a later date.

The 63rd edition of Europe’s favourite TV show will take place on May 8th, 10th and 12th of May in Lisbon, Portugal. The Lusitanian country will host the Eurovision Song Contest for the first time ever following Salvador Sobral‘s victory in Kyiv. Altice Arena, located in the host area of Expo ’98, will be the venue of the competition.
