Lake Malawi is a Czech indie-pop band founded by lead singer Albert Černý in 2013. The group consists of Albert as well as Jeroným Šubrt on bass and keys and Antonín Hrabal and Pavel Palát both on drums.
The group was selected by an online national final held in the Czech Republic. It has been reported that after filming the music video they have begun rehearsing for their Eurovision performance.
