Czech Republic confirms participation at Eurovision 2017, songs submissions open

Czech Republic will be competing at Eurovision 2017 after reaching the final for the first time this year. The broadcaster has also started their search for the best entry opening submissions for composers.

Ceska Televize will opt for an internal procedure once again with the artist and song being chosen by a panel of experts, made up of professional musicians and representatives of Ceska Televize. All interested composers from all over the world can submit their songs following the Eurovision rules to the following e-mail address: Information about the artist will be revealed in due course.

Last year, Czech Republic was represented by Gabriela Gunčíková and the song “I Stand”, she reached the 25th at the Grand Final.
