This year’s Cypriot entry is called “Liar”, and will be sung by young artist, Silia Kapsis. The music video for this song has wrapped filming in the city of Limassol in Cyprus some days ago. Silia has travelled to the island of Cyprus to speak to local and international Eurovision press about her upcoming entry, but also to shoot the music video. Silia lives in Australia.
Silia Kapsis revealed about the song “Liar” that it is an uptempo dance-track, and that it is highly danceable. The press that was present during Silia’s press moments in Cyprus were treated to some shots of the music video, and they could already see that the song must be very high-energy.

There is no date set just yet, but there are rumours that it will happen at the end of February, more specifically on February 29th 2029.

Then she travelled from Los Angeles to Athens to finish the final recording of her Eurovision entry, “Liar”. Next, she travelled to Cyprus to shoot the music video of her entry. She will travel to Athens again to take a break, and after she will rehearse her choreography again with the dancers that will join her during her performance in Malmö (Sweden).
