A few minutes ago, Albanian public broadcaster RTSH released the official music video of “Skret”, Ronela Hajati’s song for Turin. The artist won Festivali i Kenges last December, thus managing to represent her country at Eurovision 2022.
The video clip also includes a new version of the song, which will be the definitive one with which Albania will participate in the contest. You can listen to the song and watch the video clip below:
THE 60TH EDITION OF THE FESTIVALI I KËNGËS
The festival was held from the Congress Palace of Tirana, the usual place for the broadcast of the event. Last year it was organized outdoors from Italia Square in the capital city of the country, Tirana, due to the health crisis caused by Covid-19. The artistic direction was entrusted to Elton Deda, while the stage direction was supervised by Albi Çifligu.
Anxhela Peristeri was the previous winner of the Albanian Festivali i Kenges, and consequently represented Albania at Eurovision 2021. Her song ‘Karma’ made it through to the grand final of the contest, where she finished in twenty-first place and 57 points. Will she manage to improve this position in 2022?
