The winning song has been determined by a mix of public televote (30%) and representatives of the Greek diaspora, from Belgium, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Germany, Armenia, Italy, Australia, Austria and Ukraine (70%). During the live broadcast, the three song were presented to the public through official music videos recorded in Odessa (Ukraine).
All three competing entries were composed by Dimitris Kontopoulos, along with two different lyricists, John Ballard and Demy’s sister Romy Papadea. Kontopoulos, as you may know, has already been behind several Eurovision entries in the past, such as “Shady Lady”, “Hold Me” or “You’re The Only One”, along with the choreographer Fokas Evangelinos. Both experts will work together again in order to make Demy shine on the Eurovision stage.
