LTR is reaching the last set of shows of their national selection process for Lisbon! Who will make it through to the final?
Tonight’s show marks the seventh heat and the first official semifinal for this year’s competition in Lithuania that will see the pre-qualified acts from the previous shows fighting to get one of the three available sports for the grand final of the national selection and the right to represent Lithuania in Lisbon, thus the line-up will look as it follows for tonight:
- Gabrielius Vagelis – The Distant
- GeraiGerai & Silvija Pankūnaitė – More Than You Know
- Kotryna Juodzevičiūtė – That Girl
- The Roop – Yes I Do
- Godo – Fire Fountain
- Greta Zazza – Broken Shadows
- Jurgis Brūzga – 4Love
The jury panel made up of music experts and TV media professionals will cast their say during the recording and their votes will be added up to the Lithuanian televoting and the combination of both will then make up the final result where the three acts with the most points will automatically compete in the final on March 11th.
A special online vote extended a Lithuanian lifeline to 12 of the acts who’d lost out in the six Eurovizijos Atranka heats – and Greta Zazza (4484 votes) and Ruta Loop (3928 votes) emerged triumphantly. Greta will take her song ‘Broken Shadows’ to the show tonight and Ruta will do it next week.
The couple in charge of conducting the contest this year is made up by the male humorist Mantas Stonkus and the female TV presenter Ugne Skonsmanaite.

If we go back in time, Lithuania was represented by Fusedmarc in 2017 with the song Rain of Revolution, where they went on to finished 17th in the 2nd semi-final, which means being of the worst results for the country since 2005, when the contest was also held in Kyiv.
