Switzerland to pick their act for Kiev tonight!

It is time for the Swiss citizens to choose who will be representing them at the biggest TV music competition in the world! The production of this year’s national final has been set up cloose-doors by all regional public broadcasters in the country (SRF, RTS, RSI and RTR) which are part of the group SRG SSR, who picked a number of acts to perform on stage tonight.

Six acts will be taking the “Entscheidungsshow” stage for the spot, these are:

Fan-favorite group Timebelle come back after two years since they were almost winners of this competition with their song “Singing About Love”, failing to make it to the Eurovision in favor of Mélanie René. The group has been leading fan polls for the past few weeks since the songs were released.

Follow the show at 20:05 CET either on SRF2 (if you are on Swiss territory), SRF’s website or on our streaming-platform clicking HERE. The presenter is, no surprise, Swiss TV conductor Sven Epiney with Stefan Büsser asking and following the artists in the green room. 2014 winner of Entscheidungsshow Sebalter, who earned a respectable 13th place in Copenhagen, will be performing his new and latest single “Weeping Willow”.

You still have time to vote for your favorite act before we close the poll a few minutes prior the beginning of the show, just click on the banner below!

Will this be a time lucky for Timebelle? Or maybe another act may just be picked instead?

Follow the show and stay tuned to our website for more updates on Switzerland at this year’s Eurovision Song Contest!

About Adrián Valiente (Spain)

Adrián Valiente (Spain)

I love the Eurovision Song Contest not only because of its amazing production but it also gives me the chance to discover new music every year.
I’ve been watching it since 2002, since then I became a huge follower, mostly because of the interest TVE put on it with Rosa from Spain.
I’ve attended the contest several times in the last few years. I also attended the Junior Eurovision in Malta and Bulgaria where we lived an amazing experience thanks to all delegations and PBS/BNT organising team.
