Singer Remo Forrer has been selected internally to represent Switzerland in the Eurovision Song Contest 2023 in Liverpool, United Kingdom. The entry of this artist has yet to be revealed, but will be released on March 7th 2023.

The internal selection process in Switzerland consisted of many different phases, in which an international jury of 20 members voted, together with a 100 member public panel.
About Remo Forrer
Remo was born in 2001, which means that he is turning 22 somewhere this year. As a child Remo learned how to play the guitar, piano, and accordeon. In 2020 Remo won the popular singing competition, “The Voice of Switzerland”. Immediately after his win he released his first single, “Home”.

Switzerland’s Remo will perform in the second half of the first Semi-final on May 9th 2023.
The Eurovision Song Contest 2023 will take place on May 9th, 11th, and 13th 2023 in Liverpool, United Kingdom. 37 countries will compete for the crown. This year’s Eurovision Song Contest will be a joint venture, since last year’s winner Ukraine cannot organize the contest on home soil because of the ongoing war with Russia.
