The second semi-final of Melodifestivalen 2017 is over and the results are out! Once again, the hosts, David Lindgren, Hasse Andersson and Clara Henry, performed the opening act. David Lindgren performed the interval act as well which was a medley of previous Melodifestivalen entries. After the voting they announced the contestants that advance to the next phases of the Swedish competition.
Tonight’s 7 competing acts were:

- Etzia – Up
- Allyawan – Vart Haru Varit
- Dismissed – Hearts Align
- Lisa Ajax – I Don’t Give A
- Benjamin Ingrosso – Good Lovin’

To Andra Chansen (Second chance round):
- Dismissed – Hearts Align

Eliminated:
5th place: Roger Pontare – Himmel Och Hav
6th place: Etzia – Up
7th place: Allyawan – Vart Haru Varit
Next week, the journey continues in Växjö, on the 18th of February, where another 7 acts will compete for a spot in the final or the second chance show.
