Spain: Listen to the 18 songs of Benidorm Fest 2023!

RTVE (Radio Televisión Española) has exclusively premiered the 18 songs that will fight to win the second edition of Benidorm Fest 2023!

RTVE has published a couple of hours ago on rtveplay the 18 songs that will participate in Benidorm Fest 2023 on January 31st, February 2nd and 4th. Benidorm Fest will have all kinds of musical styles this year such as indie, pop, rock, ballads, folk sound and even a song in Catalan.

Megara – “Arcadia”

Rakky Ripper – “Tracción”

Alfred García – “Desde Que Tú Estás”

Aritz Arén – “Flamenco”

Fusa Nocta – “Mi Familia”

Karmento – “Quiero y Duelo”

18 artists have been chosen to participate in the three galas Benidorm Fest 2023 will consist of: two semi-finals (January 31st and February 2nd) and a grand final (February 4th). The list of chosen ones, out of a total of 876 applications that were presented for this second edition, has a variety of styles, and we can go from the most traditional with Karmento to rock sounds with Megara.

The hosts of the three shows are Mónica Naranjo, Inés Hernand and Rodrigo Vázquez. The final decision will depend on a professional jury and the audience (50-50%). The audience vote will be divided by two: a traditional televoting through calls and messages (25%); the other 25% will be issued by a demographic bias of the population. In the event of a tie for the first place, the tied artist who has received the most points from the jury will win. The winner of Benidorm Fest will represent Spain in Eurovision 2023 in Liverpool.
