TVR has just announced the participants that will compete in the semifinals of the 2018 Selecţia Naţională. This year, Romania will hold a huge national final with shows broadcast from different cities.

Romanian national selection goes big in 2018:
Romania will go big with their 2018 national selection as they will select their next Eurovision representative from a long competition that will feature five semi-finals and a national final that will be held in six different cities around the country.
The Romanian national selection will be broadcast in January and February 2018. Each semi-final will see 12 songs compete for a final spot, but only three acts will go through after the voting of a professional jury panel. 15 songs will participate in the Romanian national final, where the winner will be selected by solely public vote.
