I feel that there’s quite a lack of structure in this piece now. In the version that we were all introduced to – in the studio version – there was an actual structure of a song, with a beat that carried through the entirety of the song, giving it the edge to be remembered. In this new version, however, everything is thrown together into a really compressed song…and is it just my headphones, but are Leonor’s vocals even heard? She is so quite there…Portugal had the chance to stand out like a sore thumb and get the votes, but now I’m not so sure…
