We might be looking at a Eurovision 2016 victory from Cyprus. I am in love with this entry. The music video is well produced and the lead singer’s vocals are flawless. The lead singer is also not bad to look at.
A lot of countries decided to go the rock-route but this entry is the stand-out. This is a rock song that pop fans can relate to. “Alter Ego” is dance-y without being cheesy. The song is modern with a real edge. Minus One is actually cool, no really. They are actually cool from the styling to their lyrics. This entry is mature and a very strong contender this year.
Cyprus has never hosted the song contest and this entry could be the one to bring top honors to the island.
