LRT has revealed the acts that will compete in the First Heat of the 2018 Lithuanian national selection. Eurovizija will kick off on 6 January and it will be hosted by comedian Mantas Stonkus and presenter Ugnė Skonsmanait.
More than fifty entries will participate in the shows of Eurovizija 2018. LRT has revealed that this year’s edition will see some comebacks as „Skamp“ Band, Erica Jennings, Silvija Pankūnaitė, Mia, Kotryna Juodzevičiūtė, Rasa Kaušiūtė, Eglė Jakštytė, Donata Virbilaitė, Ieva Zasimauskaitė and Greta Zazza will take part in the competition. Moreover, well-known Lithuanian singers will also compete in Eurovizija 2018, Vidas Bareikis, Gabrielius Vagelis, Jurgis Brūzga, Robertas Kupstas, „El Fuego“, „The Roop“, „EGO“ and „Saulės kliošas“.

As in previous years, the Lithuanian national selection will be made up of several rounds and pre-recorded shows. The winner will be selected by a mix of a professional jury panel and televoting during a live finale that will be broadcast in March.
