The opening ceremony of the contest was set to take place on Sunday, but due to Paris attacks, it was decided to be postponed to this week. The running order draw was anyway held, all the delegations attended to know their running position or the half they will be performing on Saturday evening. Both events, the draw and tonight’s ceremony are hosted by Joanna Dragneva, who represented Bulgaria at the Eurovision Song Contest 2008 as part of the group Deep Zone.
Starting at 20:45 local time (19:45 CET), the Opening Ceremony will start with its proper red carpet, where each of the 17 competing acts will do a short interview, and posing for photos before going into the main part of the National Culture Palace. The evening will then continue with entertainment, ending with fireworks at 22:00 (21:00 CET)
It will be streamed online on JuniorEurovision.tv clicking by HERE, or either below on YouTube:

Note that will be bringing our exclusive footage from the evening and will be doing our online streaming tomorrow, in addition to the rehearsals and press conferences material.
