Junior Eurovision: Let’s know the stage by Elias Ledakis!

The stage for this year’s Junior Eurovision Song Contest has been officially presented! Designed by Elias Ledakis, the stage for Kyiv reflects the logo and the slogan – Be creative!

Stage Designer Elias Ledakis is no stranger to the Eurovision Song Contest, and comes with previous expeirence of big shows. He was the designer for the 2006 adult Eurovision Song Contest, which took place in Athens, and for this year has created a unique stage puzzle piece stage design that is the largest ever stage concept ever seen in Ukraine.

In addition to its size, the stage will have movable parts and over three-and-a-half kilometres of LED lights!

Executive Supervisor Vladislav Yakovlev is very excited about the stage, stating: “We’re really excited by the design that Elias and NTU have put together. Not only does it reflect the theme and design of this year’s contest, but it will also allow the participating countries the opportunity to ‘be creative’ with their performances”.
