Italy’s 2023 entrant, Marco Mengoni, will travel to Germany this weekend to promote his Eurovision participation. Marco will perform in the Grand Final on May 13th 2023 as Italy is one of the Big Five countries, thus the country does not have to compete in the semi-finals.

Marco Mengoni will appear on German television

Marco Mengoni will appear on German television this weekend as part of his Eurovision promotion tour. He can be seen in the Giovanno Zarrella Show on German broadcaster ZDF; this will happen on April 22nd 2023.

Italy’s Marco Mengoni, Noa Kirel (Israel), or Andrew Lambrou (Cyprus), are three of a couple of acts that did not attend Eurovision Preparties, which were held on the European continent the last couple of weeks.

Eurovision 2023

Italy’s Marco Mengoni will perform in the Grand Final on May 13th 2023, because Italy is one of the Big Five countries that automatically qualify for the Grand Final, just like the winner of the previous year, in  this regard, Ukraine.

The Eurovision Song Contest 2023 will take place on May 9th, 11th, and 13th 2023 in Liverpool, United Kingdom. 37 countries will compete for the crown. This year’s Eurovision Song Contest will be a joint venture, since last year’s winner Ukraine cannot organize the contest on home soil because of the ongoing war with Russia.
