Yesterday, February 3rd 2023, Ireland chose it’s entry for the Eurovision Song Contest 2023 in their neighbouring country, the United Kingdom. Eventually Wild Youth with the song “We Are One” took the crown!
Eurosong 2023
Yesterday the Irish national final, or “Eurosong 203”, was held in the capital city of this country, Dublin. The Irish entrant selection was part of a very popular late night show in Ireland, “The Late Late Show”. A total of 6 entrants took the stage.
The final result was determined by a combination of an international jury (33%), an Irish jury (33%), and public televoting (33%). There was also a jury in the studio during this national final, but they had no voping power.

Eurovision 2023
The Eurovision Song Contest 2023 will take place on May 9th, 11th, and 13th in Liverpool (United Kingdom). 37 countries are sending a representative.
Ireland’s Wild Youth will compete in the first half of the first Semi-final on May 9th 2023.
