Lizi-Pop: “My song is about love, friendship and happiness” (Exclusive Interview)

ESC+Plus.com has had the chance to have a little talk with the Georgian representative for Junior Eurovision 2014. Check what the lovely Lizi-Pop has told us:

Hello Lizi! First of all, congratulations on having been selected to represent Georgia at Junior Eurovision 2014!

E+: You were internally chosen by GPB, how did you experience the selection procedure?

There were some participants and jury members, I was selected by them.

E+: What did was the first idea which crossed you mind when GPB told you were going to represent Georgia at Junior Eurovision?

Happiness! It was the best day in my life!

E+: Have you already talked with past Georgian entrants? Have they given you any advice?

Yes, I know them very well. They told me not to worry and just enjoy the show.

E+: What’s your song about? What do you want people feel while listening to your song?

My song is about love,friendship and happiness.

E+: In the presentation video and promotional photos you are carrying a ladybug; does it have any special meaning?

Ladybug is a start of a new day .When I was smaller every time my wishes were told to a ladybug and they always came true, It is beautiful and magic!

E+: What do you do just before going on stage? Do you carry any lucky charm during your performances?

I cross myself and ask god to be with me.

E+: It is too soon maybe but, have you already decided about how your stage performance will look like? And the costume you will be wearing?

Think that the costumes will be very pretty.

E+: Do you follow the senior Eurovision? What are your favourite Eurovision songs?

My Favourite song is Euphoria by Loreen.

E+: The stage design has been presented, what do you think about it? And about the motto #together?

Very nice slogan, I like it!

E+: What do you expect from your Junior Eurovision experience? What do you think it will mean for your musical career?

I’ll become popular and will be invited in different TV programs in Georgia.

E+: You will be one of the youngest contestants, what does it mean for you?

It means that I’ll have too many adult friends soon!

E+: Have you already listened to the other already selected entries for Junior Eurovision? Do you have any favourite among them?

I have not any favourite, I think that all of them are very good.

E+: Tell us more about yourself, your favourite music style, favourite school subjects, hobbies, musical career….

I like Maths, Literature and history.I love singing and dancing.
