Greece 2023: ERT has revealed its 7 competing artists

The Greek national broadcaster, ERT, has revealed the 7 artists and their songs that will compete to wave the Greek flag in Liverpool, the United Kingdom.

7 songs and artists

7 songs and artists have been through the opinions of a Greek audience committee, which was assimilated by the Greek public broadcaster. All 7 songs were judged by a committee of 70 people, and in this regard they had to judge the artists and their songs by awarding them with 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, and 12 points.

The audience committee has a weighing factor of 50.6% and the professional ERT jury committee weighs for 49.9%; the reason why this is organized like this is because the national selection reflects the new rules of the Eurovision Song Contest, which will apply in 2023.

Eurovision 2022

In the Eurovision Song Contest of 2022 Amanda Georgiadi Tenfjord sang “Die Together”, which made her end up in 3rd place in Semi-final 2, and in the Grand Final Amanda made it to 8th place (of 25).
