Finland: Six songs to compete at UMK 2020

Earlier this year, The Finnish national broadcaster YLE confirmed that the selection method for Eurovision 2020 would revert back to a traditional search for artists and songs. The past two iterations of the contest had an artist internally selected with a selection show for the song itself. With this change the interest of artists was great. They received a total of 426 songs, and now it has been confirmed that a jury has selected the best six to proceed to the televised final.
