Eurovision 2023: Spice girl, Mel C (Sporty Spice), will announce the hosts of this year’s contest

Spice Girl and solo artists in her own right, thus international superstar, Mel C, will announce the hosts of the upcoming three live shows of the Eurovision Song Contest 2023 in Liverpool, United Kingdom.

Mel C, who is born in Merseyside, which is part of the urban county to which the city of Liverpool also belongs, will be the voice that introduces the hosts of the Eurovision Song Contest 2023. This will happen at the beginning of each of the three live shows (both Semi-finals and the Grand Final).

Luke Evans in Semi-final 2

The British national broadcaster, BBC, also announced that actor Luke Evans will be the voice of the spoken word performance during the opening of the second Semi-final.

Eurovision 2023

The Eurovision Song Contest 2023 will take place on May 9th, 11th, and 13th 2023 in Liverpool, United Kingdom. 37 countries will compete for the crown. This year’s Eurovision Song Contest will be a joint venture, since last year’s winner Ukraine cannot organize the contest on home soil because of the ongoing war with Russia.
