This year, Damir Kedžo won Dora with the song Divlji Vjetre, but didn’t manage to reach the Eurovision stage due to the cancellation of the contest. Then, the Croatian broadcaster decided to go external to select their 2021 entry instead of selecting Damir internally. The singer later confirmed he wouldn’t take part in Dora 2021 because he hadn’t found a potential song for the competition.
