Samira Efendi was selected by the Azerbaijani public television, Ictimai TV, to represent her country in Eurovision 2020 with the song ‘Cleopatra’. The entry became one of the most popular songs of the edition and one of the favourites to win. Unfortunately, we couldn’t see her on the Rotterdam Ahoy’s stage because of the COVID-19 pandemic.
