Albania: Listen to Festivali i Këngës 2019 songs

RTSH has just published the 20 songs that will compete at the 58th edition of the Albanian music festival. Festivali i Këngës 2019 will take place on December 19th, 20th and 22nd at Tirana’s Palace of Congresses.

A few days ago, RTSH announced the lucky acts that will take part in this year’s Festivali i Këngës. From all the submissions received, a jury panel, led by Zhani Ciko, selected the 20 songs and performers that will step on the Albanian stage in two weeks:

  2. Aldo Bardhi – “Melodi”
  3. Arilena Ara – “Shaj”
  4. Bojken Lako – “Malaseen”
  5. Devis Xherahu – “Bisedoj me serenatën”
  6. Eli Fara & Stresi – “Bohem”
  7. Elvana Gjata – “Me tana”
  8. Era Rusi – “Eja merre”
  9. Gena – “Shqiponja e lirë”
  10. Kamela Islamaj – “Më ngjyros”
  11. Kanita Suma – “Ankth”
  12. Kastro Zizo – “Asaj”
  13. Nadia & Genc Tukiçi – “Ju flet Tirana”
  14. Olta Boka –“Botë për dy”
  15. Renis Gjoka – “Loja”
  16. Robert Berisha – “Ajo nuk është unë”
  17. Sara Bajraktari – “Ajër”
  18. Tiri Gjoci – “Me gotën bosh”
  19. Valon Shehu – “Kutia e Pandorës”
  20. Wendi Mancaku – “Ende”

Among the candidates, we can find some former participants, such as Olta Boka, who represented Albania at Eurovision 2008, Bojken Lako, a veteran of Festivali i Këngës, and Wendi Mancaku, a young singer that took part at the Junior Eurovision national finals in 2012 and 2015.

The upcoming edition of Festivali i Këngës will be hosted by Alketa Vejsiu under the direction of Vera Grabocka.
