Romania: TVR starts asking for submissions!

The Romanian public broadcaster TVR has just kicked off their Eurovision 2016 journey by calling for entries where artists can apply to participate in their national selection proccess taking place in March. It will consist of two shows, the semifinal, on March 4th, made up of 12 acts where the 6 with the highest support will make through the final, on March 6th.

Full rules needed to be accomplished can be found by clicking HERE. They should also meet EBU’s regulations on the contest. Submission period will start on January 18th and will finish on the 7th of February. You can send in your tracks by post directly to Calea Dorobanţilor nr. 191, sector 1, Bucarest on a CD with the mark ”„Pentru Selecţia Naţională Eurovision 2016” or by e-mail.

For the first time, the Romanian representative will be chosen through 100% televoting.
