In the quest to find Lithuania’s representative for Eurovision 2024, Lithuanian public television continues its search through Eurovizija.LT 2024. The Lithuanian competition, now revamped with a new name and updates to its mechanics, will culminate in the final on February 17th at the Švyturio Arena in Klaipėda, and it is already underway.
Hosted by Gabrielė Martirosian, Nombeko Augustė, and x.Khen (Nerijų Trilikauską) backstage, LRT has successfully held the second semifinal of Eurovizija.LT 2024. In this round, we were introduced to the new eight entries for this year’s edition. Among the eight participants, only two have secured a spot in the grand final of the competition.
Let’s review the results of the second semifinal of Eurovizija.LT 2024:
At the start of the show, a voting period was opened for viewers to support their favorite proposal through designated phone lines. These votes were combined with those from the professional jury, consisting of Ramūnas Zilnys, music critic; Ieva Zasimauskaitė, Lithuania’s Eurovision 2018 representative; Vytautas Bikus, composer; Ieva Narkutė, singer and songwriter; and Kristupas Naraškevičius, LRT presenter.
The final result once again reflected equality in the voting proportions from both the jury and the Lithuanian public, each contributing 50%. The two artists with the highest scores of the night have earned their tickets to the grand final on February 17th at the Švyturio Arena in Klaipėda. The gala results are as follows:

These two qualified artists will compete in the grand final against Silvester Belt and VB gang, who secured their places in the first semifinal, along with the other six artists who will qualify in the remaining semifinals scheduled over the next three Saturdays.
