Serbia returns to Junior Eurovision!

Serbian national broadcaster RTS has just announced that they will be back to Junior Eurovision after a 3-year absence!

The announcement was made during this evening’s ‘Beogradska hronika’ show on RTS 1. Further details will be announced in due course.

Serbia last took part in 2010, when Sonja Škorić placed third in Minsk with her song “Čarobna noć” (Magical night). Former entrant Nevena Božović also came third in Junior Eurovision, in 2007, before going on to represent Serbia in the Eurovision Song Contest in Malmö as part of group Moje 3.

This is the 12th country confirming Junior Eurovision participation, more countries are expected to join the list in the coming weeks, stay tuned!
