Denmark: DMGP 2016 final on February 13, details revealed!

DR has just revealed details about their national selection for Eurovision 2016, the final of DMGP will take place on February 13 in Horsens!

“Horsens Forum” will be responsible for hosting the Danish national final in 2016. The Melodi Gran Prix 2016 will be aired live on the 13th of February, but tickets go on sale as of 2 November. This venue has room for 3,500- 4000 persons and it has already hosted past editions of DMGP back in 2005, 2007 and 2008.

Artist who wish to perform in the Danish national final can submit their applications to the national broadcaster DR until 7 September.

Denmark was represented at Eurovision 2015 by the boy-band “Anti Social Media”. They performed the song “The Way you Are” but didn’t managed to qualify for the Grand Final.
