Ukraine drawn #22 for this year’s Eurovision Grand Final

Head of Delegation meeting time in Kiev! The Reference Group of the Eurovision Song Contest, together with the EBU, host broadcaster UA:PBC and the Heads of each and every delegation competing at this year’s contest have gathered in the Ukrainian capital to hand over their respective candidate to the organization.

This is where all requirements asked by EBU in terms of artist, song and technical details from every intended participation at this year’s Eurovision must be met and ready for the show in May. EBU also asks the broadcasters to have an initial idea of how the respective stagings will look like on the big stage in May. Timings and schedules for the Eurovision week are also expected to be previewed and soon will be released to the public.

As usual, the host country gets his running order for the grand final drawn, this time Ukraine randomly got the 22nd slot and will be performing at the last part of the show on May 13th.

More details are expected to be announced from this encounter and probably one of the most referenceable days where the last tips for May are decided and set, so stay tuned!

I love the Eurovision Song Contest not only because of its amazing production but it also gives me the chance to discover new music every year. I've been watching it since 2002, since then I became a huge follower, mostly because of the interest TVE put on it with Rosa from Spain. I've attended the contest several times in the last few years. I also attended the Junior Eurovision in Malta and Bulgaria where we lived an amazing experience thanks to all delegations and PBS/BNT organising team.
