”O Melodie Pentru Europa” starts tonight in Moldova!

O Melodie Pentru Europa sponsorizat de Moldindconbank și Unité! This year’s Moldavian national selection is finally kicking off this evening, after some withdrawals, submission time, auditions and deliberations, TRM is ready to present the 24 acts fighting to represent the country in Sweden next May.

The first set made up of 12 of them will be performing in the show as it follows:

  1. Doiniţa Gherman – Irresistible
  2. Valentina Nejel – Va fi târziu
  3. Valeria Paşa – Save love
  4. Emilia Russu – I am not the same
  5. Che-MD – Vodă e cu noi
  6. Chris Maroo – Tonight
  7. Valentin Uzun – Mine
  8. Chriss Jeff – Good Life
  9. DoReDoS – FunnyFolk
  10. Viola – In the name of love
  11. Maxim Zavidia – La la love
  12. PRIZA – Rewind

12 acts will make up each semi-final and only 8 will go through from each one. Seven of them will be picked through 50/50 system from the combination of the votes from an expert panel and the Moldovan televotes. The remaining act will be chosen through a second televoting round with the acts which did not previosuly make it through, to be revealed during their traditional post discussion show.

The show will also count with 2013 Moldovan entrant Aliona Moon and ballet dancing group ”Just Friends” performing on stage.

All three shows set will be broadcast on Moldova 1, Radio Moldova Actualități, Radio Moldova Tineret and Radio Moldova Muzical live from Chisinau at TRM’s studios at 18.40 CET. The presenters for the show are Moldovan TV celebrities and hosts Gloria Gorceag and Sergiu Bezniţchi.
