22 songs now in the running! One more song has been added to this year’s Eurovision Song Contest line-up as the Dutch one has just been revealed. The track has been revealed during a press-conference held by Dutch Eurovision commentators Cornaald Maas and Jan Smith.
“Lights & Shadows” has been written by OG3NE’s very own dad after a long selection process where they group received entries from all over the globe:

This year marks the 10th anniversary of their participation at the Junior Eurovision Song Contest, when they represented their nation on home-ground. A few years later, they achieved massive success when winning the Dutch version of the well-known TV talent show “The Voice”.
OG3NE will perform “Lights & Shadows” on the Eurovision stage at the second semi-final of Eurovision Song Contest in Kiev on the 11th of May. Will they get to be as successful as Douwe Bob was last year in Stockholm?
OG3NE wrote this song for their mother who is really ill.
The song is an hommage to all people who have lost a loved one, or who fear losing one.
I myself lost my mother due to cancer just a few years ago.
I think this song will touch many, especially when sung live on stage.
Ofcourse it may not be a very modern song, but still they will bring it in style & with class.
