Junior Eurovision: Maltese finalist Christina Magrin covers “Planet of the Children” (Bulgaria 2014)

The 13-year-old Maltese singer and finalist of this year’s MJESC has covered the runner-up song of Junior Eurovision 2014 “Planet of the Children”.

This is the second attempt of Christina Magrin to represent Malta at Junior Eurovision as she already took part at the last year’s national final reaching a 3rd place.

The young Maltese singer has also participated in many national and international competitions, such as the Romanian talent show “The Next Star” where she performed the Albanian entry at Eurovision 2012 “Suus”. After this impressive performance, Christina caught the attention of Rona Nishliu and the songwriter Florent Boshnjaku who is currently working with the young performer. Moreover, she has recently received her results for the final vocal examinations grade 8 from the Trinity College of London where she achieved highest distinction and came first, so she will be receiving a special recognition.

What do you think about Christina’s cover? Would you like to see her representing Malta on home ground?
