Azerbaijan’s main public broadcaster, Ictimai Television, has just announced the country will be choosing its Eurovision entry by an internal selection. Both national and international composers as well as artists can send in their entries to the broadcaster until the 6th of March. Singers must be Azerbaijani by origin, either living in the country or abroad.
A special jury commitee will select the act representing Azerbaijan in Vienna in May. The final decision will be announced on the 15th of March.
Artists can apply by sending an e-mail to [email protected], including personal data, audio/video recordings, followed by possible links on YouTube and five pictures of the performer. Songwriters can do the same by sending the e-mail including personal information about them and potential tracks with their respective lyrics.
